5,4,3,2,1 deeply relaxed, calm and at peace🧘‍♂️


I find the breathing techniques are perfect to help me relax in all situations. We all benefit from a few moments to clear our mind and relax our body. To release the tension of the day and let go of the negative thoughts we hold onto. To root ourselves back to the ground and get a new perspective on situations where we have felt overwhelmed and unsure. To focus inward and begin to notice our breath and our body. How magnificently it works to keep us alive.


We often take for granted the wonderful things our bodies do each day. And how incredible it is that it can grow another human! 🤰


Take a few moments each day to unwind and breathe. Clear your mind...5,4,3,2,1 deeply relaxed, calm and at peace 


This is not just a tool for birth. It’s a tool for life!
